The non-commercial partnership of the Innovation Technologies Cluster of ZATO Zheleznogorsk has appointed its new head

The General meeting of the Innovation Technologies Cluster of ZATO Zheleznogorsk NCP has decided to appoint Evgeniy Titov as the Head of this specialized organization. He will start performing his duty on August 3.
Evgeniy Titov was born in 1967. He has graduated from the Krasnoyarsk Institute of Space Technology and the Krasnoyarsk State University. Currently, he holds the post of the Representative Office Director for Bee Pitron in Zheleznogorsk.
Natalya Ryazantseva, Deputy Chairman of Krasnoyarsk region's Government, emphasizes the importance of the cluster development at the federal level. The currently generated projects within the cluster should be investment active, "We need to initiate the creation of projects among the higher education institutions and industries. These tasks are the new Head's challenge to deal with. I hope that the cluster, together with both the Krasnoyarsk region's Government and the administration of Zheleznogorsk, will take it to a really different stage of development".
As Vadim Medvedev, the Director of ZATO Zheleznogorsk, notes, the new Head has extensive experience in the banking industry and he has keen understanding on needs of companies planning to get nested in the industrial park, "Actually, we are challenged to augment the institutional capacity, to strengthen the staff team and to interact with peers. Non-commercial partnership is the link between the large backbone enterprises, consulting agencies and higher education institutions".
Dmitriy Matronitskiy, Deputy of the Deputies Council of ZATO Zheleznogorsk, is convinced that Evgeniy Titov will use his rich management experience in the work of the NCP's work, "Until recently, Evgeniy has been representing the Bee Pitron group of companies in the Krasnoyarsk region; the group has had a positive working experience with Information satellite System JSC, as well as the Mining Chemical plant. I would note that they form the Innovation Technologies Cluster's core".


The Innovation Technologies Cluster of ZATO Zheleznogorsk was established on August 19, 2011. The heart of the Cluster consists of the city-forming enterprises, that is, FSUE FNO Mining-Chemical plant and Information Satellite Systems, JSC, named after the academician M.F. Reshetnev". Also, the cluster includes the largest companies and following educational institutions: Siberian Federal University, Siberian State Aerospace University named after academician M.F. Reshetnev, Institute of Chemistry and Chemical Technology of the Siberian branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences, MIFI - National Research Nuclear University and others. Starting from 2014, the Non-commercial partnership of the Innovation Technologies Cluster of ZATO Zheleznogorsk functions as a specialized organization, targeted to foster conditions for effective cooperation of all organizations participating in the Cluster's development.
